There are a few kind of Japanese Lolita, the Lolita I personally love the most is the sweet Lolita style.

A style witch is all about being innocent and sweet.

It's show a different point of view, are there any young girl today that we can honestly say they are innocent and sweet? I don't think so…

 how would you recognize the sweet Lolita style then?

 A puffy dress in pink, light blue or sometimes red. A strawberry or cup cakes prints it's good too.

A bow for the hair, the bigger, the better.

Shoes: Marry Jane or white/black boots preferably with laces or a bow  

Lace and ribbons! Cuz its sooo cute…

Jewelry: cherries, cakes, hearts, more ribbons and bows.

Headdress: a small hat or a head band with lace and again a big ribbon on the top of your head.

So where can you buy it?

There are a few brand names such as: angelic pretty, baby the stars shine bright and more, but,

 just so you know it's a lot of money to spend on these clothes.

My alterative ways is to saw for yourself or look at EBay for second hand clothing's, sometimes girls are no longer lolitas and selling thier lolita clothes at a cheaper price then the stores.

sorry i was not around this week, was a bit busy, but now i'm back

so as you all know tommorow it's Valentine day, so i'd like to wish you that you'll always be loved and cared for ever and ever

today i want to write about things that i love:

Chances are your boss will see you one day and will say to himself 

"ho, This worker is a good one, I think I'll surprise him with a raise" are close to zero (if not Zero).

It's up to you to make that first step, if you feel it's about time that you'll get more money for the good work you're doing.

Here are a few tips that will help you get ready for the big day:

1.Make sure you deserve a raise.

   You might want to review your latest projects and achievement and even to write them down to show to your boss.

2.Try to find out what is the standard salary in your field.

    that will help you decide how much money to ask for.

3.Think about the right timing.

   Maybe you heard that the company had just sold parts of it to Google, which will be a good time to ask for a raise.

4.Don't wait

  you shouldn't wail untill you feel so underestimated and used what makes you feel furious,

   Remember your boss can not know how you feel if you didn't tell him how you feel

5. Don't start crying and whining.

    your boss doesn't care that you have 3 kids to send to college (or what ever the reason you're asking).

6. praise yourself. 

   You can defiantly say that you're a good worker but its better to show your achievements since acts are better then words.

7. Don't compare

    so, your co worker gets more money then you do, even if they are doing the same job as you do.

   You can never know what are their skills and experience.

8. don't threaten. 

   Don't say you'll quit if you'll you get a raise unless you mean it. You can find yourself without a job in no time.

9.  what else can you do?

  Now that you asked, all you can do is sit back and wait for an answer. After a few days you can ask about your bosses decision,

  but don't be an harasser.  

10. Remember,

     the worse thing that can happen is that the answer will be no.

     you are always free to look for a better paying place to work for.

I guess every one of us would sometimes like to be some thing he is not or at least look like someone else, maybe like a famous singer or actor. Those Japanese girls took it to the extreme (like most things in Japan).

I mean look at them! They color their face, and dress like they're going to a club every day! That's crazy (but I think in a good way).

This phenomenon has a name: Gyaru. They also have their own style of clothing which is very colorful, their own kind of music which is dance-pop, and their own dance which is the Para Para.  

So these girls are they just being cool or they took it over the top?

It seem like they are having a lot of fun being the bad girls of Japan. But…

On the other sad side of the story there are disappointed Japanese mothers and fathers whose daughters left home and now living who knows where, leaving the Japanese culture and being someone else, that's kind of sad.

For most people rats are ugly creatures that live in the sewage.

We all watched at least one horror movie where a large group of rats is taking over someone's life or something like that.

But the fact is rats can be Wonderful pets.

Rats are sociable, intelligent animals and can be trained to use a litter box, come when

called, and perform a variety of tricks.

Would you consider adopting a rat pet?

Lately I came across a group of people who was picking through the garbage

As they seem young and not in the need of money or food I become curios about why someone would go picking in dumpsters for no reason?

After a little research I came to know that this phenomenon called "Dumpster diving".

Although most people are forced to go picking at garbage out of an economic distress

And as a need to survive, some people do so as a way of life which comes from a deep thought and ideology.

You'd be surprised but a few people actually care about our collapsing environment,

Care enough to give up a normal lifestyle, avoid consuming, and the use of money

Even if that means they have to get their food, clothes and every thing else they need from the garbage.

I say, way to go guys!

And who said money can buy happiness?
